All pricing displayed on our website is NZD (New Zealand Dollar) and exclude shipping.
Payment
Payment is processed through a 3rd party provider, Paypal. Debit or credit card payments are accepted. We do not receive and/or store your financial information.
A Paypal account is not required to process your payment.
Bank deposit is available for New Zealand-based customers only. Please email us if you wish to use this payment option.
Shipping
All our products are shipped from New Zealand.
Shipping within New Zealand is sent via standard postage with tracking, and can take 1-3 business days to deliver. Prices can vary between $6.50 and $8.50 depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Shipping outside of New Zealand is sent via New Zealand Post Air Mail. Please feel free to email us for a quote before you place your order. Postage is calculated by weight and size of the parcel, as well as the end destination.
This is an untracked service to keep postage costs to a minimum. Regular parcels that are not tracked can get lost in transit, neither postage nor product costs will be refunded. Tracking can be added to your order for an additional cost. We highly recommend adding tracking to your order for added security.
Please note delivery times can vary because of custom regulations, time of year and size and weight of order. She Felt Crafty will not be responsible for any delays with New Zealand Post. Any custom duties/taxes that might be required in your country is at your expense, and is excluded from our prices.
